DIGITAL FORENSIC SERVICES JURISDICTION

Client understands that all Digital Forensic investigation services provided by the Company will be conducted within the state of Texas. Digital evidence will be collected electronically or by having the Client send a copy of the evidence or device to the Company. The review and analysis of this evidence will occur in Texas, and all activities will comply with the applicable laws governing private investigation and licensing rules within that state.

COMPANY RESERVES ANY RIGHTS NOT EXPRESSLY GRANTED OR STATED IN THESE TERMS.
